Not everyone is a candidate and we will let you know at your virtual or live consult appointment. While getting a neograft Hair Transplant will offer the longest lasting and most satisfying result, not everyone is a candidate. Candidates for hair restoration surgery are those individuals in good health with moderate hair loss and sufficient donor hair on the back of the scalp to transplant into the balding areas. Those with more donor hair, greater hair density and fullness can typically expect fuller results. It is also important that you have reasonable cosmetic goals. Hair transplantation can achieve very good, natural results but cannot restore your hair to the density you had as a teenager.
It is our goal to have our services to be affordable to all people. We offer no interest financing through Care Credit, with monthly payments as low as $200/month. Not only do we care, but we are less expensive that the larger, cookie cutter clinics in the area.

Dr. Tony Cucuzzella, MD
Dr. Tony Cucuzzella attended Duke University as an undergraduate, then trained at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. He completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, then performed a fellowship in Interventional Spine Procedures at the Portner Orthopedic Clinic in Honolulu, Hawaii. Dr. Cucuzzella is Board Certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He is a diplomate of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and also contributes to their Medical Education Committee. He is an active Council member of the Medical-Dental staff at Christiana Care and on the Board of Directors of the YMCA. Dr. Cucuzzella went through the process of restoring his own hair and is in a good position to understand the process and help guide our patients to the best possible result.
Christina Buckley
This includes management of employees and schedules, payroll, direct client services, implementing new services, supply management and sourcing and new equipment purchases and the budget. Christina has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the Pennsylvania State University, a Masters in Biology from the University of Delaware, and a Medical Aesthetician certification from the Academy of Massage and Bodywork. Christina is passionate about the science of aesthetics, and about helping the clients look and feel their best.
Corrina Vasquez, CMA
She received her CMA in 2009 and started working in the Hair Transplant industry. While working for neograft she became certified to train doctors and technicians all over the country. Corrina enjoys cooking and spending time with her family and friends.
Kathryn Buckley
Kathryn has a B.S in Marketing with a minor in Business Administration & Management from Pennsylvania State University. She loves to see the confidence return to the clients as their results come to fruition.
Margo Pridgen, RN, BSN
Her experience encompasses Injectable Hair Restoration Treatments, stem cell transplants, administration of chemotherapeutic agents, blood transfusions, post-surgical care, radiation therapy and hospice care. Margo has always been interested in the field of aesthetics and took the opportunity to join Delaware Hair Restoration as the Hair Restoration Specialist nurse. In her spare time, Margo enjoys pilates reformer classes, drawing, painting, cooking and traveling with her husband. Margo is available for IV Hydration, and Injectable Hair Restorations on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings with some weekend availability.
Michelle Laughlin, PA-C
Michelle enjoys providing many of the office’s treatment options, but she is known for her conservative approach and natural-looking outcomes. In her spare time, Michelle can be found working out in the gym or outside running. She loves spending time with her husband and two kids.
